1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship across Pakistan. We also welcome customers to visit and shop directly at our physical store.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-3 business days Other Cities & Towns: 3-5 business days Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

1. Shipping Charges We offer two shipping options at checkout:

   • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) — PKR 350
   • Express Shipping (Under 2 days) — PKR 550

2. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

3. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. In-Store Pickup Prefer to skip the wait? You're welcome to visit Ishaq Fashions at our physical store in Pakistan to pick up your order directly.
