Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• The original tags and packaging are intact
• Proof of purchase is presented

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Custom or stitched orders
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Exchange We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In-Store Returns You may also return or exchange items directly at our Ishaq Fashions physical store in Pakistan for a faster resolution.
